Navigation Guide
When you’re logged in, you’ll see a menu bar underneath the site title at the top left of the page. If you’re on a mobile device, the menu can be expanded by clicking the three-line icon in the top right corner of the page. Click on the tabs below for more information and instructions on how to find what you’re looking for.
Contests and Fun Stuff! live in the Lounge Marketplace. Contest Entries allow you to redeem your points to enter contests for various items or concert tickets. The Fun Stuff! category gives you the ability to redeem your Lounge Points directly for your chosen item(s). You can see what’s available by clicking “Redeem” in the menu. Items are grouped by “Contest Entries” and “Fun Stuff!” To enter a contest or to redeem Lounge Points for Fun Stuff!, select “Add to cart” beneath the contest or item desired. Click the shopping cart icon if you’re using the desktop version of the site (or go to Redeem > Cart in the mobile menu) to view the items that you’ve added to your cart.
You can enter Lounge Tips on your Lounge homepage (click “Home” in the menu). Alternatively, you can enter Lounge Tips by going to Earn > Lounge Tips in the menu.
Earn points by visiting different websites. You can access the available links under the “Earn” section in the menu.
You now can earn Lounge Points by watching some of our YouTube videos! You’ll find the link to the “Watch Videos” page under the “Earn” section in the menu.
You can find the Sounding Board under the “Earn” section of the menu. You’ll earn Lounge Points for every Sounding Board you complete!
You can view your account details (name, address, etc.) under Account > Membership Profile. This page also allows you to keep track of your memberships and payments.
Go to Account > Point History to see a complete log of all of your earnings and redemptions along with your current point balance. On the desktop site, you also can find this information by clicking on your point balance in the menu bar. Please note that any transaction history from the former Lounge will not appear in the new Lounge. See our FAQs for more information.
To view the complete list of prizes that you’ve won (either on-air or online), go to Account > Win History. Please note that any prizes that you’ve won in the former Lounge will not display in your account history in the new Lounge. And don’t worry–we still have your prize waiting for you to pick up!
The Lounge Rules can be viewed by clicking on the “Rules” item at the top of the page or by going to Info > Rules in the secondary menu. By using this website, you agree to the terms set forth in The Lounge Rules, our Contest Rules, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Sale.
Frequently Asked Questions
We wish that we could give everyone free access to The Stream!! Sadly, the streaming royalties have increased to the point that we no longer can open The Stream to everyone. Instead, you can access The Stream by joining The Club Lounge. If you have additional questions about The Stream and the membership options available, please send an email to The Lounge Customer Service at lounge@cd929fm.com. And don’t forget that if you live in the listening area, listening always is free when you tune in to 92.9 on the FM dial or 1550/1580 on the AM dial!
The Lounge Marketplace is your one-stop shop for redeeming your hard-earned Lounge Points. You can redeem your Lounge Points for contest entries, or you can redeem them for Fun Stuff! like concert tickets, movie passes, and more.
What’s different about the new Lounge Marketplace? In the former Lounge, you could only submit one contest entry at a time. In the new Lounge, you can add as many contest entries to your cart as you’d like and enter multiple times with a single click!
Any active members with point balances in the former Lounge had their point balances transferred to the new Lounge. Unfortunately, to facilitate the transition of your account, your transaction history (the log of points that you earned and spent in the former Lounge) is no longer available.
Also, although we were unable to transfer a record of prizes that you may have won in the former Lounge, rest assured that we still have any prizes that you may have won waiting for you to pick up! Please contact lounge@cd929fm.com if you have any questions.
We’ve completely remodeled the Lounge to give you a better experience. Everything that you knew and loved about the former Lounge is part of the new one as well. You still can use your Lounge Points to enter contests, or you can redeem them for concert tickets, Big Room passes, swag, and more! You also have more ways to earn Lounge Points—by watching YouTube videos and completing surveys, for example.
Contests and Fun Stuff! (aka redemptions in the former Lounge) now are located in The Lounge Marketplace. Go to The Lounge Marketplace to add items to your cart and check out by using your Lounge Points.
We’ve also introduced The Club Lounge, a totally new Lounge membership experience that gives you access to The Stream and that allows you to decide whether you’re an Insider, a Rock Star, or a Legend.
Any prizes that haven’t been picked up will still be waiting for you (as long as it’s still within 30 days from when you won it)!
The only action that’s required on your end is resetting your password. For security reasons, the password you previously used to access the former Lounge could not be maintained. The first time you log in to the new Lounge, click “Forgot Password” and set your new password. After that, you’re good to go!

The Club Lounge

Send an email to lounge@cd929fm.com with the subject line THE STREAM. We will do our best to respond to email requests within 24 hours.
Go to your Account > Membership Profile > Subscriptions.
No. When you initially register for The Lounge–whether as a Classic, a Patron, an Insider, a Rock Star, or a Legend–you will receive 929 Lounge Points simply by registering.
If you upgrade to be a Rock Star, for example, you will receive 1,000 Lounge Points for upgrading to Rock Star. You will not receive an additional 929 Lounge Points.
You’ll be billed on July 5, 2022, and then on the 5th of every subsequent month until you cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund a membership subscription payment that already has been processed. Your membership subscription and your access to The Stream will remain active until September 3, 2022, and it will end on September 4, 2022.
